Hello Jakub,
prefect tip, thank you;) It's working now. I have simply replaced PogamutCore.jar from cz-cuni-pogamut-netbeansplugin.nbm with updated PogamutCore.jar from PogamutPlatform dir. I guess (hope :) ) it's the same.
