I've got other idea concerning this issue... Maybe the problem is in TURNTO command - if you use TURNTO and you support some Id of other bot, it will change the bot Focus to selected bot. Then when shooting, the bot will prefer its focus instead of location. Try to support SHOOT command with location and use ROTATE command instead of TURNTO. Don't know which method coresponds to ROTATE in client though - try to avoid functions that turn bot to some selected target.
