how to know if a anemy is shooting?

Hi people,  i'm interesting in know if a enemy is shooting me.

i tried to retrieve the attribute shotting of player but i dont have result, it's a constant.
 
i tried too get the message PLAYER_DAMAGED and BOT_DAMAGED but i dont have sample that run ok.

Can somebody help me to retrieve how is shooting me or if any player that i see is shooting.
