Yeah there was something similar to this on the original versions of javabots and in this --> http://blogs.msdn.com/coding4fun/archive/2008/12/16/9228221.aspx   i think the C# guys finally finished one for UT3. 
I'm skrewin around with the old one now but i think it may be easier to start from scratch -> http://gamebots.planetunreal.gamespy.com/downloads.html  Any idea on when the netbeans plug will be done? Or is a standalone version done already?
