I've checked it and it works at least for me. Here is a guide:

1) download the zip file with the new GameBots version. 

2) Extract the files into your UT2004\System folder - (overwrite your old GameBots version)

3) Run the GameBots server either by UT2004 GUI (Run the game, click host game, pick BotBombingRun) or by console command. (Run a console, for example by WIN + R and typing cmd) and there type FULL path to your UT2004\System\ucc file. So for example if you have UT2004 folder at disk C. type:

C:\UT2004\System\ucc server BR-IceFields?game=BotAPI.BotBombingRun

4) If it does not work, check if you have the latest UT 3369 patch.
