What do you need parser.bat for? Are you reffering to some webpage here that is mentioning it?

Honestly I can't remember what the parser.bat should have been for.

If it is about RemoteParser - forget about it and use local parser (as NetBeans plugin does) because it doesn't eat much resources as we thought it would.
