Are you sure you have Pogamut v1.1 and GameBots revision 1058? (from the front page of this web?) 

Another thing is ... do you have patched UT2004?

Apply patch 3369 (win/nix whatever you have) + I also recommend to install MegaPack (we have that also but those should be just textures, models and stuff... but just in case).
