Representation of a keyframe's collection of scale information.

A keyframe consists of

 ROTATION TRACK TAG 0xB021
     short flags
     short unknown[4]
     short keys;
     short unknown
     struct {
        short framenum
        int unknown
        float scale_x
        float scale_y
        float scale_z
     } scale[keys]
 

For this implementation, the unknown values are ignored and not stored.
