Ways of detecting bot with stolen flag

Hi guys,
is there any way how to determine, whether some bot, which has currently appeared in the front of me is holding a flag?
So far I have learned just one trick how to deal with this problem. Immediately after stealing of our flag, I typically send one of my bots to our base to get fresh flag info event, from which can be obtained holder id. Without sending any bot to our base, I wasn't able to detect appearing stolen flag in my view, even if I've registered an object class listener of the type WorldObjectAppearedEvent over the FlagInfo class.
Some ideas how to cope with it??

I'm using Pogamut 3.3.0.
