We actually got it to work after following your instructions in the slides link above, thanks!

(before I tried to check out the current trunk project from Subversion:

svn://artemis.ms.mff.cuni.cz/pogamut/trunk/project/Main/PogamutUT2004Examples

And that was what gave me the error above).
