Ok, it is possible to create a control server in Pogamut 3.0.11. The command for adding custom bots is "AddBot" (AddBot.class). Look how to get control server running in 3.0.11 [http://diana.ms.mff.cuni.cz/main/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?topics_offset=1&forumId=4&comments_parentId=272| here].
