Michal,

The UDK doesn't appear to offer anything different than previous UT3 SDK (other than being free).  I am not looking to create any new content; I am looking for a way to control NPCs at the same level the player is controlled (ie. with key-strokes).  The idea is to simulate human behavior, but without trying to script the actions.  I prefer working in UT3 as it is more current, but we may just use UT2004 if it is easier.
