Package Java bot into .jar file

Hi,

I am making a bot in Python for the BotPrize2009 competition.
To enter the competition, the bot must be packaged into a .jar file that can be double-clicked to run it.

I know how to do this with a Java bot, but how can it be done with a Python bot, i.e. a "Pogamut Script Bot" netbeans project?
