Hi,
check whether the plugins were installed properly through Netbean's plugin manager. You should see there at least the "Pogamut 2 Core" and "Pogamut 2 Plugin" plugins. If those plugins aren't present then the installation was unsuccessful.

Which version of Pogamut have you downloaded?

If you have downloaded the "Pogamut 2 NetBeans 6.0.x bundles" you can try to install the plugins manually in the plugin manager, this could help if the installer accidentally copied the *.nbm files in a wrong directory (so far we have tested the installation only on WinXP, maybe the directory structure is a bit different in Windows Vista ... )
