Ok, it's working.

  All you need to do is to install a patch. I didn't know that I need it. I have found a mention of patch in "Windows\Linux" package of Pogamut. So I downloaded it and it's working now.

  So all you need to do on Vista is to install pogamut plugin into NB manualy, then install patch 3369 into UT2004 and at last install GameBot manualy. Everything is ok then.
