The file will be written in working directory of your bot. Up to this point everything is as expected, the surprise is that the working directory isn't inside your project but it is Netbeans' working directory. This is caused by the fact that bots are executed inside the same JVM as Netbeans (we will get rid of this behaviour in next mayor release of Pogamut, the bots will be running in their own JVMs and the real Java debugging will be also enabled).

So the answer is: look inside the Netbeans' installation directory [not tested but should be right].
