Hi, in fact that is exactly what I have done in my thesis. From the beginning the Pogamut contains feature called "Experiments", to make genetic experiments possible you have to run hundreds and thousands of experiments, that's why I have extended the the experiments API so that you can execute multiple experiments in parallel (I call it Pogamut GRID).
